As a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we rely on charitable contributions to fund camper scholarships and cover essential camp operating costs. Like many nonprofits, we have faced financial challenges in recent years, but with a renewed board and dedicated staff team we are more committed than ever to building long-term financial sustainability and strengthening the future of our camp community.
Your generosity directly supports life-changing experiences for our campers and ensures that our mission continues to thrive. Please consider making a donation today and investing in the next generation.
Why does CYC need to raise money?
If CYC charged the true cost of camp, tuition would need to be over $1200 per camper for a week. That price places camp out of reach for many families – which is exactly why CYC is committed to fundraising, tuition levels, and expanding access for every child who dreams of summer at camp. Donors help bridge the gap between what families can pay and the true cost of camp, so that no camper is turned away.
Other ways to give: shop our needs lists, volunteer at a work day, or join Friends of CYC.
